Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Resort Glam purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Swimwear must have the hygienic liner intact to be eligible for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and discounted items are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email shop@resortglam.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Drop off your package at your nearest carrier location.
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (for expedited or international orders) are non-refundable.
